The purpose of Itaúsa’s Corporate Governance report, based on the Brazilian Code of Corporate Governance released in 2016, is to improve the level of the Company’s transparency with the capital markets, showing its position regarding essential topics connected to this matter.
Itaúsa, which is registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CVM’) in the A category, delivers, on an annual basis, by July every year, its reportwhose content reflects the requirements described in Attachment D to CVM Resolution No. 80/22.
