Custody of Shares

The main services provided by Itaú Custódia are:

• Changes and/or registration updates.
• Shareholding position statement.
• Stock movements statement.
• Dividend and Interest on Capital payment notice.
• Earnings Statements.
• Subscription bulletin.
• Stock Transfer Order to Broker (‘OTA’).
• Probate Proceedings, donations, deed of distribution.
• Dividend Reinvestment Program (‘PRD’).

The custodian is also responsible for paying proceeds (dividends, interest on capital, bonuses), as well as sending any correspondence to the registered address, when the events below occur in your stockholding position:

• Stock movements: every time there are stock movements in the form of bonuses, stock splits, exercised subscription, registration in Itaúsa’s book-entry stock system, or exit from this stock system;
• Dividend and Interest on Capital payment: each quarterly and supplementary dividend and interest on equity released;
• Information for income tax purpose: statements containing the stockholding position on the last day of the reporting year and the summary of dividends and/or Interest on Capital received annually.

For this reason, it is key that the stockholder keeps his or her registration information up-to-date jwith the custodian, Itaú Custódia, to receive relevant information at the his or her preferred address.

The change of registration data can be made at Itaú Unibanco S.A. branches or at Stockholders Service Centers.

In order to do so, the stockholder must submit notarized copies of his or her Brazilian Identity card (‘RG’) and Individual Taxpayers’ Registry card (‘CPF’), and an original copy of a proof of address.

1. Access to the stockholding position via Itaú Custódia

The stockholding positions can be requested at the Stockholder Service Centers or at Itaú Unibanco S.A. branches. They are provided exclusively:

• o the stockholder him- or herself, by producing notarized copies of his or her RG and CPF, and an original copy of a proof of address.
• to a duly authorized attorney-in-fact, upon presentation of a public power of attorney and notarized copies of the RG and CPF, and an original copy of a proof of address of the attorney-in-fact.

If, upon requesting your stockholding position, you receive information that you do not hold any shares in your name, one of the following has occurred:

• you have already sold your shares; or
• the shares are held in custody at your security broker.

2. Access to the stockholding position for Banco Itaú Unibanco accountholders

Tockholders who hold a current account with Banco Itaú can easily and quickly check his or her shares via Internet banking. Simply access your Internet banking account and follow these steps: Home > Investments > My investments > Shares registered by Itaú.

3. Access to the stockholding position for Banco Itaú Unibanco non-accountholders

Banco Itaú non-accountholders may securely check their shareholding position on Itaú Corretora website Itaú Corretora. On the website, just select the "Non-accountholder" tab > "I want to register" and follow the step-by-step instructions.
