Itaúsa publishes its 2020 Integrated Report based on the GRI standards

The investment holding Itaúsa published its 2020 Integrated Report, sharing the main accomplishments from the year and the financial performance of the company and its five investees: Itaú Unibanco, Alpargatas, Duratex, Copagaz, and NTS.
The report has a transparent and objective visual identity, in a digital layout which is easy to navigate. It details how Itaúsa created value for its shareholders and society in 2020, a challenging year marked by the pandemic, as well as its impacts on the economy.
Organized in order to highlight developments in strategic areas – efficient capital allocation, business perpetuity and shared culture – the Integrated Report relates financial, reputational, human, intellectual and manufactured capitals, comprising the topics that guide the company’s decision making in the conduction of business.
It also includes information about financial results for Itaúsa and portfolio companies in 2020, as well as compliance advances, people and social and environmental responsibility, and the company’s scenario for 2021.
The report has been prepared based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) guidelines, both international references in transparency and ESG. It has also been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
