We operate on six strategic fronts, driven by the certainty that inclusion generates multiplying impact and makes a difference for all of society.
We believe in having an impact that multiplies and makes a difference in the society we live in. Itaúsa employees organized and created a volunteer group called Juntos Pelo Bem (Together for Good) to develop social actions.
Juntos Pelo Bem brings our people together in campaigns involving blood drives, food basket donations, clothing drives, toy drives, electronic equipment donations, financial contributions, collection of aluminum can tabs, among others.
Furthermore, in partnership with Associação Comunitária Despertar, we have a group of volunteer mentors who guide young people in socially vulnerable situations, sharing experiences, offering advice on the job market, and choosing higher education courses.
As a holding company, our People Management follows a structured model aligned with best corporate governance practices. We have a People and Ethics Committee responsible for defining strategic guidelines for our people management initiatives and policies, and key directives on compensation, development, performance management, and talent attraction and retention.
This People Committee works integrated with the Governance and People Committee, an advisory body to the Board of Directors. The Committee plays a fundamental role in guiding and making strategic decisions related to talent management, succession, compensation, development, culture, and DE&I policies.
This model ensures our decisions regarding people are consistent, transparent, and aligned with the principles supporting our growth.
