Merger of XPart into XP Inc. completed. Accordingly, Itaúsa has become the direct and indirect holder of approximately 15% of XP Inc.’s total capital, thus becoming the second largest investment of the holding company’s portfolio in market value.
We acquired approximately 13% of Aegea’s total capital, a leader company in Brazil’s basic sanitation private sector.
Increase of equity interest in NTS, now holding 8.5% of its share capital.
Itaú Unibanco’s corporate reorganization resulted in the transfer of 40.5% of the total capital of XP Inc. to a new company, XPart S.A.
