At Itaúsa, we are committed to maintaining a transparent business environment guided by ethics and integrity. We actively focus on human capital development, strengthening internal controls, and structuring areas to ensure the principles defined in our Code of Conduct are observed across all our relationships.
Established by the Code of Conduct, the Itaúsa Reporting Channel is an independent and impartial tool. Employees, directors, and third parties associated with the Company can use it to report concerns, seek guidance on specific situations, ask questions, offer criticism, file complaints, and report non-compliant conduct, violations, and conflicts of interest. The channel handles requests and reports related not only to Itaúsa but also to all the companies we invest in, ensuring proper forwarding of received communications.
The channel is operated by an internationally renowned third-party provider, ensuring the confidentiality of information and reports received, as well as their proper handling within the company.
Metrics on received reports are presented at least twice a year to the Board of Executive Officers (via the Audit and Risk Committee) and the Board of Directors (via the Audit Committee).
