In this Integrated Report, we explore our trajectory throughout 2023, highlighting our strategy, management model, and achievements that aim to contribute to building more sustainable businesses. We are one of the pioneering companies in Brazil to voluntarily publish an annual report, since the 1980s, and the first holding company in Latin America to adopt the IIRC (International Integrated Reporting Council) principles for Integrated Reporting, in line with our long-standing commitment to transparency and generating value for our shareholders. In addition, the report was prepared based on the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI-Standards), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) guidelines and was ensured by an independent auditor.
